Responsible party and purpose

Caruso Consulting Co Ltd is the responsible party for personal information processed through lawnedge.co.za. We collect contact, shipping, enquiry and order details needed to answer requests, process purchases, arrange delivery, keep accounting records and handle returns.

Payments and service providers

Stripe or PayPal processes payment details. We do not ask you to email card numbers. We share only the information needed with payment processors, order storage, delivery and fulfilment providers, email services, analytics and chat providers.

Consent and optional tracking

Optional analytics and advertising tags load after consent. The chat service receives messages you choose to send and technical information needed to operate. Do not put payment card details or special personal information into chat. See our cookie policy.

Security, retention and overseas processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Some providers process information outside South Africa; those transfers are handled subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We keep records only as long as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Your POPIA rights

You may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion where the law permits. Contact support@lawnedge.co.za; we may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator.
