Prices and ordering

Prices and checkout totals are in South African rand (ZAR). Check the selected product, size, pack and quantity before paying. The basket shows goods, any accepted discount, delivery and the total. The valued-customer code discounts goods by 15%; delivery is not discounted.

Before an order is placed, the basket allows you to review and correct it. We may contact you if stock, an address or an apparent listing error prevents fulfilment. If an order cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund any payment due.

Product use

Compare the product specification with your intended use and follow the supplied instructions. Photos may show garden settings and props that are not supplied. Check for buried services before ground work and use suitable protective equipment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Contact us first with your order reference and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. Your access to the National Consumer Commission, a competent consumer court or other statutory process remains available.
